Packaging Operator

Reporting to the Packaging & Operations Manager, the Packaging Operator will be responsible for taking beer from the tank to finished good, out of our door to the customer while maintaining the brewery on a daily basis. 

Some of the expectations of this role include:

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including canning and kegging.


• Safely operate warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods.


• Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.


• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist in equipment maintenance.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  

A successful candidate will need to have the following skills and experience:

• 1 year experience in a production environment


• Experience with brewery canning and kegging equipment is a plus


• Ability to lift 25 kg repeatedly and 55kg occasionally


• Must be able to stand for long periods of time


• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks


• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.


• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills


• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  


• Forklift & warehouse experience is considered an asset

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly wage based on experience and skill level - up to $20PH
