Company Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Packaging Sales Representative to join a West Toronto packaging manufacturing company. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, upselling, finding new business opportunities, and driving the growth of our client’s business. This role requires a self-motivated packaging professional with a proven track record in sales, excellent presentation skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and the aptitude to research and identify new business prospects.
Compensation
$85,000 to $100,000 salary, plus commission.
Position Description
Manage Existing Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained Upselling: Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts, offering additional products or services that meet their evolving needs New Business Development: Research and identify potential new business prospects within the eCommerce sector, including online retailers and other relevant industries. Customer Focus: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific packaging needs Presentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our client’s products and services Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
Experience
Proven packaging sales experience required.
Qualifications
Excellent technical skills, understanding Print/Packaging manufacturing from cradle to grave Excellent business communication, negotiation, and time management skills
