Partnership Development Manager is responsible for building relationships with large-scale partners, executing channel strategies to expand market reach and enhance partner engagement. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance, and drive innovation within the channel team. They also identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the channel.

What you'll be working on

• Builds long-term relationships between Barracuda partners to create and execute business plans to help them meet and exceed revenue targets
• Executes comprehensive channel strategies to expand market reach, drive revenue, and enhance partner engagement
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
•  Provides strategic guidance and support to channel partners and internal teams, helping them qualify leads, manage sales pipeline, close sales opportunities and overcome challenges
•  Drives innovation and best practices within the channel team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
•  Identifies and capitalizes on new business opportunities within the channel, driving growth and innovation
•  Leverages specialized sales knowledge in breadth and/or depth to a variety of issues/projects within the team
•  Works in a project-oriented manner contributing towards team-level goals
•  Works closely with channel sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
•  Assists channel sales team in analyzing sales data and/or developing strategies for sales process improvement

Education

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in sales, business administration or equivalent

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is on target earning (OTE) CAD 106,000  - 142,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
