This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, Ontario office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

We have a great opportunity available as a Partner Growth Specialist, Microsoft Cloud in which you would be focused on Microsoft's Modern Work, Azure and Business Applications portfolio. If you have a successful track record helping organizations navigate their journey to cloud-based platforms, this is a great chance to excel at what you love doing. This role is designed to exceed all sales targets, help our channel partners adopt new technologies to transform their companies, effectively communicate the advantages of various cloud solutions, evangelize the benefits of the Ingram Micro Cloud portfolio, and help drive cloud adoption throughout the IT channel in Canada.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on driving new recurring revenue through expanding existing accounts.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Modern Work, Azure and Business Applications strategies by connecting Microsoft's cloud, AI, security, infrastructure, productivity and collaboration solutions together.
  • Ability to educate partners on the Microsoft cloud value proposition and relate it back to their customer's business needs.
  • Growing profitable sales, activations, and market share of the Microsoft cloud stack.
  • Proven ability to help partners succeed and drive partners' business transformation journey in the cloud leading with Microsoft solutions.
  • Effectively communicate and educate channel partners on the benefits of the Ingram Micro cloud strategy.
  • Resolving escalations on complex functions of order management with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurately track and manage all sales activities and updates within the Microsoft CRM pipeline management tool.
  • Provide support to team members as needed to maintain project continuity and meet deadlines.
  • May travel up to 10% (which includes, Canada and US travel) However, mainly GTA travel.
What you bring to the role:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the IT industry, the cloud landscape and distribution.
  • 2-4 years of Account management experience is ideal.
  • An exceptional focus on customer satisfaction through one-to-one, one-to-many and cross-market activities .
  • Able to work independently and to manage their time across multiple priorities and deliver against targets .
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, managing partnerships and delivering against ambitious targets .
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving agility, and proven multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven capabilities in sales negotiations and operational/transactional experience.
