We're looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to help build a positive, welcoming, and patient-focused practice.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily front office operations and patient flow


• Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression


• Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient schedule


• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and insurance claims


• Communicate confidently with patients and the clinical team


• Help foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative office culture

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience


• Strong knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• A proactive multitasker with a positive attitude


• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and working as part of a team

Schedule

Full-Time
Flexible schedule with a combination of morning and evening 8-hour shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
