At Georgian Dental Orillia, we believe exceptional patient care begins the moment someone calls or walks through our doors.

We're looking for a compassionate, organized Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM


• Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM


• Wednesday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Welcome and support patients with professionalism and empathy.


• Schedule appointments and coordinate the daily patient flow.


• Explain treatment, insurance, and financial information.


• Verify insurance benefits and process claims.


• Maintain accurate patient records.


• Work closely with the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (dental experience is a strong asset).


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.


• Professional, dependable, and committed to confidentiality.
