You are responsible for managing payables of the stores assigned to you, in accordance with the standards and policies established by UAP Inc.'s head office.

Your responsibilities: 

• Prepare control reports that establish the value of store inventories. 
• Perform various clerical tasks, such as coding invoices, cost reports, claim records, variance reports, and managing centralized store documents. 
• Validate various TAMS reports, file store documents, and handle various documents from the head office.
• Validate the purchase journal, the general ledger, and take the necessary steps to assist stakeholders in accounting for an annual inventory count. 
• Manage and control the receipt of internal mail and mail from the stores. 

To join our team, you need: 

• College diploma in accounting with at least one year's experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication in both English and French, both orally and in writing. In your role, you will have to work with internal clients across Canada on an ongoing basis.
