We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional right-hand support to the principal, assist with family membersâ and guests' needs, and manage personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally resourceful and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the principal and family members with a range of administrative and day-to-day tasks.
Proactively manage and organize the principal's calendar.
Handle any travel-related requirements, such as hotel accommodation, visa applications, or itinerary preparations.
Assist with various personal projects, coordinating with other team members as necessary.
Research and gather information as required.
Handle various errands, from personal shopping to dropping off/picking up items.
Source activities suitable for children, based on given criteria.
Serve as a point of contact for the principal, liaising with family, friends, and service providers as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
5+ years in high-profile support, luxury hospitality, family office, or experience as a personal assistant with ultra/high-net-worth individuals.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Emotional Intelligence â strong ability to read people, non-verbal cues and moods, adapt tone, and respond intuitively in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
Proactive & Resourceful â anticipates needs, solve problems independently, and navigates challenges calmly and effectively.
Tech-Savvy & Organized â proficient with scheduling tools, mobile devices, and communication platforms.
Mature & Grounded â ideally with significant life or professional experience, capable of bringing calm and clarity to high-pressure situations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, as well as with mobile apps such as WhatsApp.
Valid, clean Canadian driverâs licence with a vehicle.
Additional Information
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work environment: Hybrid, remote work with 2 to 3 in-person visits at the King City's residence.
Compensation: $80,000 per year.
Benefits: Health benefits and three weeksâ vacation.
Hybrid role: Mostly remote with presence at the property when required.
