The Opportunity!

The Personal Insurance Associate is responsible for the reception of documentation and orderly disposition of all policy and policy related documentation received for the Personal Lines departments.

The Personal Insurance Associate reviews and sorts incoming documentation, hard copy, fax, email or electronic download, for scanning, attaching and/or invoicing of new business policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations and all other policy and non-policy related documents to the Broker Management Software System.

The Personal Insurance Associate reviews and processes incoming activities, as assigned by internal functions. These may include automatic renewals, letters, payment reminders from carriers, client payment reminders, post-bind processes, policy checking and sending policy documents to clients.

• Full-Time permanent career working out of our Winnipeg Head Office located at 1661 Portage Avenue.

What you will bring to the role –

• Minimum Grade 12 education, or equivalent is required
• Level 1 license required
• Minimum one year customer service experience
• Demonstrated basic knowledge of personal and commercial insurance is required
