As a Customer Service Broker – Personal Lines, you’ll take ownership of an established $2M book of business and provide the kind of attentive, knowledgeable support our clients count on. We’re open to both Level 2 brokers and strong Level 1 brokers who are ready to grow.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

·       Provide prompt, professional service to clients, carriers, and internal colleagues

·       Prepare and process quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes

·       Review underwriting information and documentation for accuracy and completeness

·       Conduct detailed risk assessments to ensure clients receive optimal insurance solutions

·       Act as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers

·       Identify and act on cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities when appropriate

·       Remarket personal lines policies as needed

·       Take and submit new claim reports, ensuring timely follow‑up

·       Maintain diligent oversight of client accounts to resolve outstanding items

·       Contribute to a strong, customer‑first culture within the team

Qualifications

• Active RIBO license (required)


• Experience servicing a personal lines book of business


• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism


• Knowledge of Applied EPIC is an asset, but not required


• A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
