Personal Lines Signature Insurance Sales Broker Hamilton  Are you competitive, able to ask great questions and recognize customer needs? Do you have strong sales skills and the ability to create and build new relationships? If so, this position may be perfect for you. We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Insurance ‘Signature’ (VIP) Sales Broker. In this role you will help our company succeed and grow by selling all Personal Lines products to both retail and High Net Worth clients/prospects. You will assess client’s insurance needs, evaluate risk, and set and meet sales targets. This role offers a competitive salary plus bonus based on performance and incentives. What will you do?  Meet/exceed monthly sales targets Answer inbound/make outbound calls and online inquiresDevelop business and prospect marketing plan to encourage new sales development Develop and market new business ideas while building a data base of contacts and networking opportunitiesProvide potential clients with professional advice and accurate quotes with the market that best suits their needsNetworking with internal Commercial & Employee Benefits producers to achieve cross selling goals and build relationshipsUnderwrite the risks & accurately complete required documentation Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:  3-5 years of proven Personal Lines sales experience/track recordRIBO LicensedCreative ability to influence and negotiatePersistent and results orientedSelf-starter, highly motivated with the ability to establish sales & meet goalsStrong communication and relationship building skills Experience with High-Net-Worth clients/prospects & Hight Net Worth Insurance Carriers.
