Personal Support Worker

Reliable Staffing is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) / Travel Nurses to support healthcare facilities and clients across various locations.

Location: Varied locations
Schedule: Flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights & weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and support to patients/residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behaviour.
• Assist with medication reminders and other care-related duties as permitted.
• Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for clients.
• Follow individual care plans and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, healthcare professionals and facility staff.
• Provide respectful, patient-centred care at all times.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate or relevant healthcare qualification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care or community-care setting is an asset.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate and professional attitude.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different work locations.
