Join QE Home's Creative Team and help shape the visual journey of a beloved omnichannel brand. In this role, you’ll
report into the Photography Lead and collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to create visuals that reach millions of customers each year. Whether you're styling a cozy bedroom or shooting the perfect flat lay, your work will help bring our brand to life across print, digital, and in-store channels. 

 
What You’ll Be Working On 

• Plan and execute in-studio product and lifestyle photography for e-commerce, advertising, packaging, social media, and internal campaigns. 

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Photography teams to align visuals with brand strategy. 

• Style products and sets to reflect a realistic, aspirational customer experience,
  especially home décor and bedding. 

• Manage and maintain studio equipment, lighting setups, and organizational systems. 

• Photograph product for various formats: e-commerce, packaging, signage, print ads, social, internal campaigns, and more. 

• Retouch and edit raw images using Photoshop and Lightroom to meet brand quality standards. 

• Occasionally direct and photograph models (adults, children, pets) with confidence and clarity. 

• Participate in creative briefings and apply feedback to produce thoughtful, on-brand content. 

• Contribute to continuous improvements in creative workflows, templates, and visual consistency. 

• Support video production efforts when needed (if applicable to your skillset). 

What Will Set You Up for Success 

• 2+ years of commercial studio photography experience with a strong creative portfolio. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. 

• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects. 

• Comfortable using Canon camera systems and working in a Mac-based environment. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to interpret briefs and translate business needs into compelling visual content. 

• Familiarity with interior design, industrial design, and/or the retail landscape.

How We Invest in You 

• Competitive salary: The typical hiring range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 per annum. 

• The final salary may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
