About the job

Satori Health Network is looking for full-time and/or part-time Family physicians to join our group of Primary Clinics. We are a clinic network that has developed and is implementing a true medical home model consisting of 2 main components, in-person primary and specialty clinics, and a virtually delivered collaborative health program. Our innovative new model prioritizes the well-being of both patients and physicians.

We believe that providing the ingredients that produce happier and healthier practitioners, clinic teams and support staff can create a ripple effect of positivity that will flow through to our patients, their families and the community as a whole.

We utilize our Physician's time and expertise as best we can by removing as much administrative work from their plate as possible and providing support through a team-based approach. Our physicians are able to maintain a healthy work/life balance and can focus on what they were trained to do which is to care for their patients.

In-clinic physicians are supported by knowledgeable and experienced teams of healthcare workers that handle all billing, referrals and administration. Physicians will also be paired with their own LPN who will drive the collaborative health program on their behalf, creating added revenue with little to no additional workload.

• EMR: Our clinics use Accuro EMR.


• Compensation: The payment structure is fee-for-service based with negotiable split arrangements. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is from $400,000 to $500,000.


• Incentives Available to Physicians: We are open to offering benefits, relocation compensation, etc.


• Hours: Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Shifts are limited to weekdays for in-clinic practice with virtual collaborative work being done whenever works best for your personal schedule.


• Most of our clinics operate Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Requirements:

• College of Family Physicians Canada (CFPC) Certified


• College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) Full License
