Pizza and Break Baker (Bake-Off)

What You’ll Do:

 

·         Prepare, produce and finish baked goods including breads and pastries following standard specifications and finishing procedures according to production lists.

·         Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.

·         Fill and maintain product on the sales floor ensuring proper rotation and quality.

·         Assist and support the department manager with the day to day operations of the department by placing orders for product and supplies, receiving, training and supervising part time employees.

·         Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet Company and legislative policies and standards.

·         Follow production planners ensuring to record all waste and scan outs according to Company procedures.

·         Perform other duties, as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

 

·         A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.

·         Baking experience is an asset.

·         Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

·         Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

·         Previous leadership experience would be beneficial.

·         Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.

·         Food Handlers certificate would be a plus.

Flexibility to work a variety hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends

Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift
