Job Title: Plant Manager

Location: Guelph, Ontario - In Office

Pay: $110K - $135K

About the Company:We are partnered with one the largest leading cooperatives in Canada. They are looking for a Plant Manager to join their team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of 40, creating a great work environment.

- Plan and manage budgets for plant success.

- Improve operations, safety, and product quality.

- Support daily Food Safety programs.

- Handle procurement and communicate with stakeholders.

- Maintain plant certifications.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in dairy facilities or a similar role.

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field.

- Proven track record in managing budgets and implementing Health and Safety Programs.

- Strong understanding of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement.

- Expertise in building and managing high-performing teams.

- Successful history of contributing to cost reduction strategies.
