PM, Senior/ Project Leader,

Strong business and IT knowledge, Experience runningSoftware Development Projects in Financial Industry, Banking or TradingSystems.

Lookingfor a fresh, dynamic, enthusiastic individual to gel with the technical teamand build synergy with the client (Banks and Wealth Management companies). Theclient interaction will be with Senior Management.

The ideal Project Leader or (Senior) Project Leader willhave come up from the Technical or Business Analyst back ground; will have beenin a Leadership role for at least 3 years.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 7 years of experience inInformation Technology.

·        Minimum Bachelor's degree inComputer Science

·        Strong Communication skills withboth technical and business stakeholders (client facing).

·        Proven Team player that can workclosely with Senior Technical Architect and/or Project Manager along withmentor and direct the Technical developers and implement solutions with minimalsupervision.

Technical Development tools and Environment:

·        OO Analysis, Design and Development

·        J2EE or .Net Experience

·        EAI  & Relational Databaseexperience

·        Knowledge of Software Developmentmethodologies (RUP, RAD, etc)

·        Experience with mid to largeprojects.

·        Other tools and technologies of benefitPL/SQL, Oracle, Struts, Java, UML, Erwin, Rational Rose, Data Warehousing
