We are looking for top-notch talent as we continueto build the best analytics global consulting team in the world.The Business Intelligence Analyst is a mid-level position withresponsibility for obtaining, developing and analyzing data, prove/disprovehypotheses, and develop insights. The individual in this role will beexpected to consult with costumers to develop business requirements andprovide possible solutions and approaches to their analytic needs. Whileexpected to exhibit a significant amount of independence in interactingwith business partners and in preparing analyses, the role works under thegeneral direction of their leader and also trains, mentors, and provideswork direction to associate analysts. Develops an understandingofproducts, systems, and processes.• Utilize storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders and inspireaction based on data-driven insights.• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digitalproduct analysis and storytelling.• Set baselines and forecast OKRs to establish performance benchmarksand predict expected outcomes.• Analyze deviations from forecasts and develop narratives to explaintrends, facilitating proactive strategies to address performancevariations• Proactively defines specific hypothesis/questions to evaluate andanalyze based on strategies and goals• Lead large / highly complex projects and train, mentor, and providework direction to other BI Analysts• Collaborates with senior leaders and business process owners todefine specific hypothesis/questions and develops plans to deliveractionable insight• Conducts highly complex SQL queries and works with other dataextraction, reporting and analytic tools to validate and/or developanalysis and reporting to provide actionable insight• Performs investigations to identify, acquire, enhance, and/ordevelop new data sources, both internal and external, which will enhancethe enterprise BI environment• Identify new ongoing data needs and requirements and champion theestablishment of new systems and data in partnership with IT andappropriate business areas.Required Job Qualifications• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in economics, quantitative businessanalysis, applied mathematics, statistics, management information systems,or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred.• 7+ years of experience in financial services and/or research andanalytics• Expert skill in using analytics tools (such as SAS, SPSS, Minitab,R, etc.) in a corporate environment.• Expertise in Snowflake data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL,implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETLconcepts• Solid analytical, project management, and time management abilitiesNarrator – Proficient in conveying insights visually and verballyInquisitive – Strives to comprehend the underlying “why” toreveal influential insights and trends• Continuous learner – Committed to personal, professional, andbusiness advancement through acquiring new knowledge and experience workingwith Adobe Analytics• Efficient and effective communications skills with key businesspartners, tailored to client needs and expectations.• Effective in leading less experienced resources in large projectwork, providing assistance in consulting, design, implementation, and/orcommunication.Tagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
