You're the person teams turn to when things get busy.

You know how to inspire people, create accountability without sacrificing compassion, and build a culture where both patients and employees feel valued.

You understand that success isn't just measured by production numbers. It's measured by trust. By patient relationships. By team engagement. By creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

At Dentalook, we're searching for an experienced Practice Manager who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This is more than a management position.

It's an opportunity to shape culture, develop people, and help a growing practice thrive.

  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and practice goals to support sustainable growth.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience

  • Create an environment where patients feel welcomed, understood, and cared for.

  • Resolve concerns professionally and proactively.

  • Champion a patient-first approach throughout every stage of the patient journey.

Build and Support Great Teams

  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.

  • Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.

  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure success.
