Under the supervision of the manager, you will be responsible for making telephone, fax and email reservations and perform all associated operations. You will also optimize room occupancy in accordance with our hotels’ policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that incoming calls are answered with professionalism and courtesy;
Make reservations and adjust with the client where necessary following established procedures;
Process written/electronic reservations;
Draft group contracts;
Handle group reservations;
Optimize room occupancy;
Work as night auditor;
Produce monthly reports on occupancy statistics;
Give clients information on our establishments and the area;
Check clients in as needed in the central reservation system;
Give clients/employees access codes to rooms;
Open and file records;
Any other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
