We are seeking an experienced Prediction Market Analyst & Developer who has achieved a high-ranking position on major online play or real money prediction market leaderboards. The ideal candidate is a polymath who combines technical expertise across multiple programming languages with a strong interest in U.S. elections and politics. Your role will include analyzing prediction market data, developing tools to enhance our predictive capabilities, and applying advanced programming skills to refine our analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Leverage your experience in prediction markets to analyze data trends and contribute to our market models.
• Platform Development: Design, implement, and maintain software tools for prediction market analysis, using languages like Python, JavaScript, Rust, and more.
• Data Visualization: Create engaging and informative visualizations of prediction data to support internal teams and improve our understanding of market trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across data science, engineering, and strategy to align prediction insights with broader company goals.
• Research and Innovation: Continuously explore new techniques for predicting U.S. political outcomes, with a specific focus on American elections at the state and federal levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Prediction Market Expertise: Proven high ranking or highly profitable track record on a major forecasting platform like Polymarket, Manifold, Metaculus, or Good Judgment Open.
• Programming Proficiency: Fluent in Python, JavaScript, Rust, and adept in web development and graphics programming. Additional language proficiency is a bonus.
• Knowledge of World Events: Deep interest and knowledge of U.S. politics and ongoing world events.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Able to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions and strong analytical skills.
• Self-Motivation: Driven and able to work autonomously with a high level of responsibility.
