President (Operational / Commercial / Exploration) - Canada

• Operational Leadership
  
• Direct the day -to -day operations across exploration, development, and corporate functions.
  
• Implement the company’s strategic plan and ensure delivery of project milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
  
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Technical & Project Oversight
  
• Provide high -level geological and technical input to exploration and development programs.
  
• Assess new project opportunities and partnerships in critical minerals.
  
• Guide the preparation of technical disclosures and reports (NI 43 -101, JORC, etc.).
  
• Capital Raising & Investor Relations
  
• Lead fundraising initiatives (equity, debt, strategic partners) to support corporate and project growth.
  
• Manage day -to -day investor relations, roadshows, and communications with analysts and shareholders.
  
• Develop and deliver compelling investor presentations in collaboration with the CEO.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement
  
• Represent the company with government agencies, Indigenous groups, local communities, and industry bodies.
  
• Negotiate agreements and permits to advance projects.
