President – Ready Mix Concrete Operations

Compensation: $300,000 – $400,000+ Total Compensation

We are seeking an accomplished President to lead a
well-established and growing ready-mix concrete business. This executive
leadership role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, build high-performing
teams, expand market presence, and deliver exceptional financial results while
leading a respected organization serving the construction industry.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will have full
accountability for business performance, including revenue growth,
profitability, operations, customer relationships, and organizational
development.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading the overall strategic
  direction, growth, and profitability of the business.
  
• Driving revenue growth, market
  expansion, and long-term customer relationships.
  
• Owning full P&L
  accountability and delivering strong financial performance.
  
• Building, developing, and
  mentoring high-performing leadership teams and employees.
  
• Overseeing operations, fleet,
  logistics, production, safety, and customer service to ensure operational
  excellence.
  
• Creating a culture of
  accountability, performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  
• Identifying new business
  opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
  
• Working closely with senior
  stakeholders to execute long-term business objectives.
  

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive
  leadership experience within ready-mix concrete, aggregates,
  construction materials, industrial manufacturing, heavy civil
  construction, or related industries.
  
• Demonstrated success leading a
  profitable business unit with full P&L responsibility.
  
• Strong business acumen with a
  proven track record of growing revenue, improving margins, and
  increasing market share.
  
• Exceptional leadership skills
  with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  
• Experience managing multi-site
  operations, logistics-intensive environments, and large workforces.
  
• Proven ability to drive
  organizational growth while developing employees and future leaders.
  
• Strong relationship-building
  skills with customers, contractors, developers, suppliers, and industry
  stakeholders.
  
• Strategic thinker with the
  ability to balance growth, operational excellence, employee engagement,
  and financial performance.
