Preventive Maintenance Co-ordinator

Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator for our Edmonton Construction & Forestry location. This position is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors as well as, the day-to-day task of supporting efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of Brandt’s contractual Preventive Maintenance business. #LI-onsite

Required Skills

1. Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts’ management system


2. Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration


3. Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information


4. Review, close and invoice completed jobs


5. Coordinate necessary service with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians


6. Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool


7. Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from our internal and external customers


8. Manage Prepaid agreements


9. Utilize John Deere Link to monitor & track customer’s machines with Preventive Maintenance contracts


10. Other related duties as assigned

Required Experience

1. Experience and understand maintenance of construction equipment


2. Experience in service delivery activities and processes


3. Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred


4. Strong communication skills; timeliness, organized, and high attention to detail


5. Ability to in multi-task at a high-volume workload environment


6. Knowledge of contracts and associated processes’ management


7. Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.


8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed, logical decisions
