Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product and Pricing Coordinator to oversee the full product lifecycle of Tile & Stone Source’s Accessories and Tools category. This role blends market insight, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to drive category performance from concept to shelf. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, launching new products, and ensuring sustained success through strong sales, marketing, and operational partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle—from market research and analysis to product development, launch, and performance evaluation
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify category trends and growth opportunities
Define and document product requirements, sales forecasts, and ROI analysis aligned with business objectives and long-term strategy
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, promotional strategies, and customer communication materials
Partner with sales teams to support successful product launches, gather field insights, and drive ongoing sales performance
Work with Human Resources to develop training content and tools for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with Branch Managers to ensure effective in-store merchandising and product visibility
We are looking for someone to demonstrate the following on their resume:
Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in product management, preferably in building materials or interior design environments
Strong analytical mindset with experience in market analysis and sales forecasting
Strong computer skills (Office 365 and Excel)
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, operations, and training
Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy
Experience and passion for home renovations / maintenance, an asset
Awareness of market trends in tile, stone, or related accessories
Occasional travel between Edmonton and Calgary required
