We embrace the best of both worlds! Local talent can thrive in our collaborative office space with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, while remote team members play an integral role in shaping our dynamic culture from afar. We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).

*A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*

As the Principal Corporate Infrastructure Advisor, you will serve as the technical and operational right-hand to the Director of Corporate Infrastructure. Your role is to act as the primary technical interface between the infrastructure organization and business stakeholders, handling day-to-day operational coordination while enabling the Director to focus on strategic initiatives. You'll translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure smooth execution of infrastructure projects and services across the enterprise.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive infrastructure initiatives, managing technical coordination, stakeholder communications, and project execution on behalf of the Director.

  • Handle day-to-day operational interfaces with business stakeholders, shielding technical staff and the Director from routine coordination activities.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and infrastructure solutions, working closely with technical teams to develop implementation approaches.

  • Support the Director by managing technical due diligence, vendor evaluations, and operational assessments for strategic infrastructure decisions.

  • Coordinate infrastructure capacity planning, performance monitoring, and service delivery reporting, providing the Director with executive-ready summaries and recommendations.

  • Manage the intake and prioritization process for infrastructure requests, ensuring proper assessment, scoping, and resource allocation aligned with directorial priorities.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and technical planning sessions, ensuring infrastructure considerations are properly represented in enterprise initiatives.

  • Oversee vendor relationship management for operational contracts, including SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and escalation management.

  • Develop technical documentation, process frameworks, and operational procedures that support infrastructure service delivery and governance.

  • Coordinate with project managers and business analysts to ensure infrastructure dependencies are identified, planned, and executed effectively.

  • Support budget planning and resource forecasting by providing technical analysis, cost modeling, and operational metrics to inform directorial decision-making.

  • Manage technical aspects of infrastructure compliance, security assessments, and audit support activities.

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for infrastructure incidents, coordinating response efforts and providing business impact communications.

  • Drive operational improvements and technical standardization initiatives that enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

Must-Haves:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate infrastructure, enterprise IT, or platform engineering with significant operational coordination and stakeholder management experience.

  • A diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

  • Deep technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure including networking, cloud platforms, security frameworks, and enterprise applications, with hands-on experience in design and implementation.

  • Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing technical project execution.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders in enterprise environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including contract evaluation, SLA management, and technical relationship oversight.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess complex technical scenarios and provide clear recommendations.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, with experience managing multiple concurrent technical initiatives.

  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization in enterprise environments.

  • Ability to work autonomously while keeping leadership informed, taking ownership of operational decisions within established guidelines.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting senior technical leadership in director or VP-level organizations.

  • Background in enterprise architecture, IT service management, or technical consulting roles.

  • Familiarity with ITIL, enterprise project management methodologies, and infrastructure governance frameworks.

  • Experience with infrastructure automation, DevOps practices, and modern cloud-native architectures.

  • Strong presentation and documentation skills for technical and business audiences.

  • Experience in high-growth technology companies or digital media organizations.

  • Professional certifications in relevant infrastructure technologies or project management.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and enterprise risk management frameworks.

As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
