As Principal Developer - RAN Integration, you will play a pivotal role in complex RAN integration projects. You will: Create and drive a high-level E2E integration plan for large features from the first integration steps to the point when the product reaches needed functionality. Contribute to the product development flow by collaborating with key project roles to identify and highlight the critical path, major dependencies, and E2E Integration Steps. Maintain the E2E integration plan including tracking of integration blockers and critical bugs during the Integration Execution. Ensure smooth E2E integration of multiple development areas by coordinating with needed project roles and teams for each Integration Step. This requires both a broad overall knowledge and an ability to understand detailed technical issues. Advice complex/critical projects in the organization when needed according to business priorities. Teach, coach, and mentor colleagues on the different aspects of the domain. This is an important part of this role since we need to grow this competence within our organization. Stay updated on key industry trends, academic research, and technology development in the domain and disseminate acquired knowledge across the organization to improve integration efficiency. Continuously work to improve how we perform integration, tools and environments. Contribute to identifying problem areas in integration and push for system, architecture, software, and flow improvements to minimize integration effort You will bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience working in integration lead roles in large projects involving multiple organizations Broad knowledge of Ericsson RAN product, e.g. experience working in different roles in the RAN product development, including software developer, E2E tester, system developer, SP Driver, in roles closer to customer, Product Introduction, troubleshooting roles or in production (which gives a good understanding for RAN Continuous Integration machinery) High demand for feature/software quality Goal and result-oriented. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage/interact/coordinate with stakeholders with or without technical background Excellent analytic and troubleshooting skills for problems that span multiple domains (applications, network, hardware) Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving technologies and methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in leading diverse teams Desired Qualifications & Experience Requirements 10+ years of hands-on development experience in Ericsson RAN product (2G-5G) 5+ years of experience leading teams What happens once you apply? Your Pay The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experie The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $240,000 Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus.
