Job Description - Principal LDAP Engineering Expert (Hybrid), VP, P5, Prin Cybersecurity Eng
Design, implement, and maintain our LDAP directory on Linux systems to support authentication and authorization needs. Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues related to directory services including replication, synchronization, access problems and query optimization. Analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, stability and observability. Create software to automate administrative tasks. Improve deployment automation pipelines for speed and repeatability. Work with colleagues, product owners and leadership to help formulate and implement directory services strategy. At least 7 years' relevant experience in technology in a large organization or a heavily regulated industry. Advanced understanding of design and implementation of LDAP/Directory services on Linux in an enterprise environment. Experience of working within an agile framework with associated tools (e.g. Jira). Programming ability (e.g. Python, Java). Strong and proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and good organizational and time management skills. Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technology and business leadership, stakeholders and colleagues.
