Private Chauffeur-Driver + Handyman #1994

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Private Chauffeur-Driver & Handyman to support a private family in their daily and professional activities. This role requires a high degree of versatility, flexibility, on-call availability, and the ability to respond quickly to a variety of requests. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, helpful, detail-oriented, and able to provide high-quality service in a confidential setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure safe and punctual transportation for the Executive Chairwoman of the Board, her family, and guests.
  




• Ensure vehicles are always clean and in good mechanical condition.
  




• Ensure fuel levels are sufficient at all times.
  




• Ensure vehicles and their keys are always kept in a secure location.
  




• Drive vehicles for maintenance checks and handle upkeep when needed.
  




• Respond quickly to unforeseen and urgent needs, often on short notice.
  




• Always maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  

Handyman / Handyperson

• Provide daily logistical and hands-on support (errands, light maintenance, service coordination, etc.).
  




• Supervise a primary residence and secondary homes (primarily in Montreal, with occasional visits to Tremblant or Austin).
  




• Identify indoor and outdoor maintenance and repair needs.
  




• Oversee general household operations, including ventilation, heating/air conditioning systems, light exterior maintenance, painting, small repairs, etc.
  




• Research and supervise third-party vendors and contractors.
  

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Strong discretion and sense of confidentiality.
  




• Positive, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
  




• Valid driver’s licence with an excellent driving record.
  




• Ability to adapt to irregular schedules.
  




• High availability and scheduling flexibility.
  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Part-time or Full-time.
  




• Available 7 days.
  




• Salary: $60,000
