The Opportunity.
Smart & Biggar is currently looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to join our National Finance Team on a 12-month contract.
This role will play a key part in assessing, documenting, and improving billing and finance-related processes across the firm, with an initial focus on our centralized billing initiative.
Working closely with the Finance team, legal professionals, and Operations,you will identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, standardize practices, and support the successful adoption of new ways of working.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys understanding how work gets done, and can translate complex, fragmented processes into clear, efficient, and scalable operating models.
The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting current-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, designing future-state workflows, developing SOPs and process documentation, and supporting implementation and change adoption across the business.
This role will fill a new vacancy.

Compensation.
The base salary for this role will be positioned between $90,000 - $105,000 taking into consideration factors such as location, job-related knowledge, prior experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
