Job Description - Process Supervisor

The Process Operations team is hiring a Process Supervisor on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) in Regina, SK reporting to the Section (Zone) Supervisor – III/IV.


You are committed to safe reliable operations and looking to contribute to overall efficiency and continuous improvement? This opportunity will help demonstrate your leadership abilities to provide competent direction to Process Operators in Section III or IV in the Process department.


What you’ll do:



  • Be responsible to empower the process team through setting expectations and objectives using the implementation of operating plans, procedures, and programs.

  • Cultivate a positive safety culture and ensure team members are complying with company policies to ensure duties and responsibilities are performed in a satisfactory manner.

  • Provide ongoing communication, coaching, feedback and mentoring to Process Operators.

  • Prepare and conduct performance reviews for team members.

  • Coordinate process staffing schedule during night shift and weekends.


Who you’ll work with:


The Team: You will work closely with Process Operators, and Process Supervisors. You will lead a team of up to 10 Process Operators and report to the Section (Zone) Supervisor on a team that strives to cultivate a culture of efficiency, safety, and collaboration.

Who you are:


You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:



  • Have a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, plus 6 years of experience within an industrial or production environment (a combined 8+ years of relevant, progressively responsible experience). A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

  • Have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year of post-secondary training/technical training. Power Engineering certification (minimum 4th class) is considered a strong asset.

  • Have a Class 5 driver’s license in good standing.

  • On-scene Commander Training and Fire Brigade Leader Certificate are preferred.
