Requirements

• 
  
  Bachelor’s degree
  in business, logistics, or a related field may be
  required

  Proven work
  experience as a Purchasing Officer,
  
   
  
  Purchasing
  Agent
  
   
  or similar
  role
  
  
  
• 
  Applicable knowledge
  of negotiating prices and terms and conditions
  
  
  
• 
  
  Proficiency in the
  relevant management software programs
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  Good knowledge of
  vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and
  liaising with vendors)
  
  
  
• 
  Hands-on experience
  with purchasing software (e.g. SpendMap)

  Superb written and
  verbal communication and negotiation

  skills, with the ability to create financial reports and
