About the Opportunity

As our Procurement Lead, you’ll play a critical role in delivering value to both our clients and internal teams by ensuring the right technology is sourced at the right time, for the right price. Working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, you’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle—from vendor management and product sourcing to quoting, purchasing, and inventory oversight.

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, strategic thinking, and strong vendor relationships directly impact our operational success. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with client needs and business goals. If you thrive on staying ahead of trends in IT hardware, software, and licensing, and enjoy creating order in complexity, you’ll fit right in.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and software projects, from kickoff through delivery and post-launch support.

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budget forecasts, and risk management strategies.

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional internal teams

  • Track progress and deliverables using project management tools

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Translate client needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project.

  • Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.

  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Team Leadership & Communication

  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Ensure team members understand project goals, roles, and deadlines.

  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers early.

  • Proactively mitigate project issues and escalate where needed.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.

  • Oversee testing and validation phases to ensure product functionality and stability

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of procurement experience in the IT industry, preferably in a Managed Services Provider or value-added reseller (VAR) environment

  • Proven experience sourcing and purchasing hardware (servers, laptops, firewalls, etc.) and software/licensing (Microsoft, M365, security tools, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of vendor and distributor ecosystems

  • Excellent vendor relationship management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking orders, quotes, and inventory

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in procurement or PSA tools
