Job Description

Support logistic activities related to human biospecimen management, labelling, packaging, storage & shipments Coordinate repatriation of human biological samples Coordinate logistics execution in terms of Turn Around Time with logistic providers Plans and organizes dummy shipments and pick-ups of human biological samples Act as key point of contact with couriers Timely preparation of import/export documentation and authorization for authorities Identify and anticipate priority conflicts, issues and find solutions Manage constraints and negotiate delays to ensure respect of milestones Participate to Biospecimen kick-off meetings to obtain lab requirements in terms of biospecimen logistics.
Develop Q&A database and network of biospecimen logistics expert through regular meetings (attendance of workshops, ...)Set-up of ways of working from scratch Develop logistics training network, including training of newcomers Develop, maintain and communicate biospecimen logistics documentation (SOP's, templates, user-guides, e-learning tools, certification documentation, videos on key procedures, ...)Support logistics process improvement Provide support to study budget (Introduce shopping cart request + invoice review) Develop KPIs related to courier's activities Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required Support the collection and storage of study specific documents that are required for the Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)Assistance in the preparation and support of audits and inspections (scoring, CAPA follow up)Review of SOPs and Working instructions Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time"
