  • Anticipating and preparing tenders with robust product reference cost management

  • Leading pre-tendering activities and building product cost references

  • Coordinating and consolidating sourcing activities for tenders

  • Defining procurement strategies and cost references for tenders

  • Ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

  • Leading competitiveness reviews and managing commitment construction with sourcing teams

  • Promoting Alstom’s Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

  • Bachelor’s degree in purchasing, engineering, project management, or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, sourcing, engineering, or quality

  • Interest in technical fields

  • Strong communication skills and team spirit

  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive results

  • Rigorous and structured approach to work

  • International mindset

  • Bilingual: French and English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from monotonous daily routines

  • Work with **new security standards for rail signalling**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supportive colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative and impactful projects

  • Utilise our **flexible and inclusive** working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning programs

  • Progress towards senior procurement or project management roles

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

Bilingualism

Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
