We are looking for Client Executive to join our Trade Credit team in the Montreal office


There is an opportunity to join our expanding team in the role of Client Executive specializing in Trade Credit insurance.  We are looking for a self-motivated experienced trade credit professional who is at ease in speaking with large trade credit clients and prospects. The successful candidate will provide exceptional insurance advise to clients, have a solid reputation, and good relationships with Trade Credit insurers. The role includes the general tasks of a seasoned insurance professional including assessing insurance needs, placement strategy and negotiation and strong presentation skills.

Your day as a Client Executive



  • Manage and grow an existing trade credit portfolio across the Province of Quebec and the Maritime provinces, collaborating closely with internal partners to renew business, generate in-house referrals, and develop self-sourced opportunities.

  • Mentor and support team members to promote professional development and career progression.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues to facilitate lead generation and effective collaboration.

  • Lead annual client renewal presentations, assess the effectiveness of existing policies, and provide informed recommendations aligned with client needs.

  • Coordinate service delivery across the organization to ensure a consistently high standard of client experience.

  • Deliver exceptional client satisfaction through proactive communication and education on products, processes, and services.


Our ideal candidate



  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within the trade credit industry.

  • Valid Quebec license (RCCAQ/AMF), or the ability to obtain the required licensing within 12 months of hire.

  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English as the candidate will be required to interact in English with stakeholders (colleagues and clients) outside Quebec.

  • Demonstrated integrity and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to actively network and represent the organization at community and industry events.
