Product Advisor

Grand Toyota is looking for a motivated Product Advisor to join our dynamic sales team!

The ideal candidate has fresh ideas; is personable, friendly, and motivated. You must be able to learn quickly, follow process and generate results as part of a sales team.
What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by effectively listening to every customer and building a positive relationship.


• Assist customers with all aspects of purchasing or leasing new and used vehicles.


• Match the needs of a customer to an appropriate product.


• Educate the customer about vehicle features and technologies.


• Maintain a consistent after-sale relationship with customers.


• Be available to answer questions from customers once they’ve purchased a vehicle.


• Complete training and demonstrate industry leading product knowledge.


• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.


• Maintain and follow up with prospects by using our CRM tools.


• All other duties as assigned.
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.


• Previous sales success would be an asset for this role.


• Customer service experience would be an asset.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to foster strong relationships.
