3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: Microsoft AI Design and Research creates new customer experiences in search, maps, advertising, and news. The team aims to make the web a better place for all individuals and organizations, fostering responsible design.
- Role Summary: As a Product Designer, you will contribute to creating AI -powered Advertiser experiences while leveraging your skills in visual design, interaction design, concepting, and prototyping. Your work will help evolve the design system and framework while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers throughout the design process
- Create relevant and impactful interactions and experiences based on customer motivations and needs
- Contribute to strategic planning and align design processes with business goals and customer value
- Propose creative solutions to complex customer journeys
- Utilize the Fluent Design language and contribute to the Advertiser Design System
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Graphic/Communications Design, Industrial or Product Design, Human -Computer Interactions, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in user interface design, with proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
- Strong sense of interaction design, including accessibility and inclusive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies
- Strong problem -solving skills, demonstrated through visual design or user research
- Design portfolio and/or user research case studies
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in AI -powered design projects
- Familiarity with Fluent Design language and design systems
