Job Description

Build your Product Management career at Workleap! As a Product Manager at Workleap, you will play a significant role bringing new value to our customers through our Engagement product in Officevibe. You will be reporting to the Director - Product Management for Officevibe. In your role, you will achieve strategic outcomes by deeply collaborating with your partners in Engineering, Design and Data. You will work to understand our customers (through methods like continuous discovery, and qualitative and quantitative data points) and deliver real value to existing and new markets. You will own the outcomes you create for our customers and our business.

In this role you will:

• Participate in a continuous discovery process (we adopt a continuous discovery approach).


• Continuously ship measurable value to our customers by partnering with Engineering, Design and Data.


• Manage a product backlog for one of our squads (Engineering, Design & Data Scientist), ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and clear.


• Prioritize efforts against overall strategy and business objectives.


• Continuously develop and act as a subject matter expert for Engineering, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2-3 years in product role building and shipping products that have proven value to customers;


• Specific outcome-based product role experience is a plus;


• Experience in driving customer discovery efforts (continuous discovery is a plus);


• Experience in supporting go-to-market efforts including sales & marketing enablement would be a plus;


• Skilled communicator across cross-functional team;


• High empathy for your teammates and customers.
