Product Marketing Manager, Cameras & Sensors

Job Description

Motorola Solutions is looking for a dynamic product marketing manager to manage our cameras and sensors portfolio in the Avigilon Unity technology suite. Avigilon Unity is our on-premise video security and access control offering that helps customers protect people, property and places.

As the product marketer, you will oversee the go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging to drive awareness and adoption of Avigilon Unity cameras and sensors. This includes bringing new products and features to market, creating marketing and sales enablement collateral, supporting integrated campaigns, and taking on other initiatives that push your portfolio and the VS&A business forward.

A natural problem solver that can adapt to shifting priorities, moving deadlines, and navigate ambiguity

Comfortable interacting with different levels of management and building cross-functional relationships

What you will be doing:

Together with the product management team, educate sales, partners, and end-users on new products and features, including how to effectively position and sell your products

Create engaging content for partners and end-users about the value and benefits of your products through emails, presentations, videos, web pages, social media posts, and marketing collateral

Own all product marketing launch activities for your portfolio, including project management, writing and securing approvals of content, and publishing launch materials and communications

Support the development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, accelerate purchase decisions, improve customer loyalty, and increase sales

Conduct thorough research on competitors and the market to develop a deeper understanding of your target audiences, industries, and buyer personas

Attend and present your products at industry trade shows and events, representing the company and being the product marketing expert for your portfolio

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, focused in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

3+ years of product marketing experience, B2B preferred 

Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms: Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar, etc. preferred

Proficiency with marketing automation tools: HubSpot, Eloqua, etc. preferred

The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000 CAD per year.
