Responsibilities:

1. Product Sourcing:

• Research and identify emerging trends and popular products within our target market.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, including pricing, shipping, and quality standards.
• Continuously seek out new suppliers to expand our product offerings and improve our competitive edge.

Supplier Management:

• Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on criteria such as reliability, quality, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop exclusive products or partnerships that align with our brand and customer needs.

Product Management:

• Oversee the introduction of new products into our catalog, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about inventory levels and product assortment.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective product launch strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product sourcing and/or product management within the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
