  • Follow up with project teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Manage changing priorities while maintaining alignment between Manufacturing, Design, Purchasing, and Leadership teams.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Strengthen production systems, scheduling tools, and operational processes to support growth and scalability.
  • Support modernization and technology initiatives that improve visibility, communication, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure production data, schedules, and reporting systems are accurate and actionable.

Strategic Contribution

  • Contribute to business planning and operational strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Help shape the future growth and operational maturity of EagleCraft over the next 3–5 years.
  • Support a culture focused on accountability, leadership development, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production, operations, or project management within manufacturing, marine, or custom fabrication environments.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, scheduling, and project execution in a custom-build environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and develop front-line leaders.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams and drive accountability.
  • Experience implementing or improving systems, processes, and operational structure.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and enthusiasm for leveraging technology and AI tools to improve operations.

  • Someone who earns trust by being present, engaged, and willing to support the team when needed.
  • A builder of people, systems, and culture, not just schedules.
  • Highly accountable and driven to follow through to the finish line.
  • Comfortable making decisions while remaining collaborative and approachable.
  • Strategic enough to improve the business while staying connected to daily operations.
  • Committed to fairness, consistency, and developing strong teams.
