We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Performance Materials team in Toronto.

The Performance Materials division is at the forefront of the much-needed sustainability transformation in plastics. Our experts co-create products with customers to bring innovations to major industry sectors such as transportation, consumer goods, industrial applications, and construction.These solutions contribute to a sustainable future by pushing the boundaries in thermal resistance, robustness and lightweight applications.

The primary responsibility of this function is to produce resin blends through a batch process, utilizing formula sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.

As a Production Operator, you create chemistry by...

• Ensuring blend tank readiness


• Picking and loading of raw materials


• Preparing packaging and fill-off finished product


• Receiving required raw materials from tanker trucks


• Loading finished materials into tanker trucks


• Completing other duties as assigned


• Being able to lift 50 lbs.

If you have...

• A High School Diploma.


• Previous warehouse/production experience.


• A valid forklift license for raymond reach fork-lifts.


• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.


• Excellent organizational, communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills


• Mechanical aptitude


• Experience working independently under general supervision.
