Job Description - Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient production of BeautiTone paint & home products. Led by the Production Supervisor, this position will best suit someone who has strong attention to detail and prior experience in a manufacturing setting.

Shift Available

Monday to Thursday (6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

Work on a variety of production line duties (Examples include filling, labelling, operation of machinery/any other piece of equipment and packing).
Perform other departmental duties as assigned by the supervisor which may be required to complete all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the shift.
Cross train in all areas of the facility: Chemical, Aerosol, Caulking, Paint and/ or Joint Compound.
Provide insight into areas of improvement.
Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, always working in a safe and productive manner.
Maintain and use proper Personal Protective Equipment.

We’re looking for:

Experience operating a lift truck is an asset.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Machine operation/production line experience.
Ability to lift and stack (up to 50 lbs.)
Good attendance

Starting rate: $22.20/hour, with scheduled increases up to our two-year rate of $26.45/hour.
