Key responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain optimized production schedules that align with efficiency targets, inventory management goals, and customer demand fluctuations, ensuring a seamless flow of operations;
• Anticipate finished product requirements by analyzing sales forecasts, order trends, and market demands to proactively adjust production plans and maintain an agile response to customer needs;
• Collaborate closely with production teams to maximize operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and enhance resource utilization, while addressing potential bottlenecks or capacity constraints;
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, addressing unforeseen disruptions, and implementing strategic solutions to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

• University degree in operations management, industrial engineering or any other related field;
• 2 years minimum experience in production planning;
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Key qualities: Autonomy, analytical mind, rigor and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
• Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset);
• Experience in tracking key performance indicators in line with objectives.
