Production Team Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role within a food manufacturing environment, responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production team members during assigned shifts
  


• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
  


• Monitor workflow and allocate tasks efficiently across the team
  


• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and GMP standards
  


• Hold team members accountable for performance and attendance
  


• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff
  


• Maintain production records and basic reporting using computer systems
  


• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in food manufacturing as a Team Lead or Lead Hand (required)
  


• Strong leadership and people management skills
  


• Comfortable holding staff accountable in a production environment
  


• Computer literate (basic reporting, data entry, or production systems)
  


• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  


• Flexible to work different shifts as needed (Day/Afternoon for training or operational requirements)
  


• Reliable, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
