Program Delivery Lead - Enterprise Data Management

Tech Talent International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.

We currently have a role as a Program Delivery Lead - Enterprise Data Management with our large consulting client, workig remotely, with occasional office visits, with a major manufacturing client in the downtown Montreal area.

Role: Program Delivery Lead - Enterprise Data Management

Type: Permanent or Contract: Contract - 35 hours/week

Duration: 9 months + extension after year end

Location: Remote, but end client is in downtown Montreal and surrounding areas.  Occasional office visit to a facility might be required

Rate: : $140 - $160 /hr C2C

Language: ENG/FR (candidates who speak French would be highly desireable) 

Senior Delivery Lead - Data Management Program 

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to spearhead our enterprise data management program. In this role, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage program risks, and ensure the successful delivery of data governance, warehousing, and analytics initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between technical engineering squads and business stakeholders to maximize the value of our data assets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Program Execution: Directed end-to-end delivery of enterprise data management programs, aligning data governance and architecture projects with strategic business objectives. 

Stakeholder Management: Communicated program health, roadmaps, and ROI to executive leadership while managing expectations across business units. 

Agile Leadership: Facilitated cross-functional Agile teams (data engineers, architects, analysts), removing roadblocks and accelerating time-to-market. 

Required Qualifications:

10 years of industry related expeirence with data and running delivery programs

Proven experience leading complex data projects in an enterprise environment. 

Strong expertise in Data Quality & Reliability, Security & Compliance and Ethics & Consent. 

Experience managing projects and tracking workflows using JIRA. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a delivery driven mindset.
