Program Manager

You will be the primary point of contact for key clients bridge engineering, manufacturing, and client relations, ensuring projects are delivered on-budget, on-schedule, to the client's specification and within regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Client reviews. Monthly, quarterly, annually.
  
  


• Key stakeholder engagement.
  
  


• Cross-Functional Leadership: Managing teams of engineers, technicians, and supply chain personnel to meet project technical objectives.
  
  


• Budget & Schedule Management: Utilizing tools like Microsoft Project and techniques like Earned Value Management (EVM) to control costs.
  
  


• Risk & Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to stringent aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, APQP), identifying risks, and mitigating potential defects.
  
  


• Client Relations: Serving as the primary interface for key stakeholders, including commercial airlines or government agencies.
