The Smith Family (TSF) is a national children’s education charity that works with children and young people experiencing poverty to overcome their circumstances and reach their full potential by providing holistic, long-term support for their education. Our work in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities aims to keep children, families and communities engaged in learning by providing positive educational experiences, opportunities to grow life skills and access to role models. Every year we support over 18,020 Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children on our Learning for Life Scholarship.
About the role
Girls at the Centre is a program that The Smith Family operates to support and motivate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls in Years 7 to 12 to stay at school and boost their educational achievements through a range of cultural and social activities.
To drive these outcomes, we are now seeking a Program Manager, Girls at the Centre to provide leadership and project management of the Girls at the Centre Program. Reporting to the Regional Programs Manager ACT/NSW and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:
