The Role

As our Project Administrator, you’ll be the organizational powerhouse that keeps projects moving, proposals polished, and our vibrant Toronto office humming. What You’ll Do

• Support project setup, documentation, and pipeline updates in Microsoft Dynamics

• Lead the creation of proposals and marketing materials in Adobe InDesign

• Prepare qualifications packages, CVs, and project mock‑ups

• Maintain office supplies, snacks, vendor relationships, and general office operations

• Coordinate team events and contribute to a fun, collaborative office culture

• Assist with project closeout, archiving, and QA documentation

• Provide backup support to the Office Manager as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Adobe InDesign skills and experience supporting proposals or marketing deliverables

• Highly organized, detail‑driven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, approachable communicator who is proactive and confident while remaining non‑confrontational

• Experience in engineering, design, or professional services is a plus

Compensation

The rate for this position generally is $27 - $32 hourly.  Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Ontario Text Constant In additional to salary, this role includes comprehensive benefits and bonus potential. This is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Ontario Working for Workers Act Four 2024, and assumes the successful candidate is working in Ontario. Similar positions located outside of Ontario will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee’s pay history will not be requested or used in compensation decisions. Artificial Intelligence may be used during the screening process.
